About me

For over 28 years I've been working with a wide range of organisations and teams — from government bodies like the Environment Agency to British Airways PLC and The Kingfisher Group PLC. This has provided me with a wealth of experience within national and multinational organisations. I've also worked in SMEs and ran my own business for eight years, setting up in 2006 when the term ‘sustainability’ wasn’t well known. I created a new business model - integrating social and environmental commitments at the heart of the operations and services. To date I have strengthened my committment to working sustainably through building upon my skills and knowledge. Qualified in coaching & mentoring with a specialism in sustainablity, environmental management, sustainability leadership, industrial design and design, strategy and innovation management. I’m currently studying for a Masters in Coaching.

I'm a member of: The Organisation for Responsible Business, Association of Sustainablity Practitioners, Elected Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts, Manufacture and Commerce, Associate Member of the Association of Business Mentors, Associate Member of the Institute of Sustainablity and Environmental Professionals, Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management.

“99% of businesses in the UK are small and existing guidance isn’t accessible for them to take action. Many existing organizations and government agencies focus their efforts on advising large multinationals. This has meant small businesses are often overlooked, yet together can make a huge contribution to reducing the carbon output of the UK economy. 99% of businesses in the UK

are under 49 employees.”

'We believe that real progress begins and ends with people. That’s why we exist: to create experiences that bring people together to talk, think, and act with intention. Not to agree, but to understand.

To move from defensiveness to curiosity, from disconnection to common ground. Our vision is a world where individuals, communities, and cultures thrive, in harmony with one another and with nature. ‍That future starts with involving people in conversation.'
